PT Mirai Group Japan is launching Majestic Cosme, our premium skincare line, and we're looking for passionate, friendly, and energetic Beauty Advisors to join our team!
If you genuinely love skincare, enjoy connecting with people, and want to work in Jakarta's most prestigious malls, this is the perfect role for you. We're building a fun, dynamic team to introduce Majestic Cosme's to the world, and you could be the face of our brand.
A huge plus? If you have a background in Pharmacy! We highly value your ability to understand ingredients and give customers expert, trustworthy advice.
What You'll Be Doing (Your Mission):
Be the Star of the Show: Proactively greet and engage with customers at our premium booths and counters with a warm, friendly smile.
Be the Expert: Become a master of Majestic Cosme products. You'll share your knowledge, explain the science behind our ingredients, and demonstrate how our products work.
Be a Guide: Listen to customers' needs and provide personalized skincare consultations, recommending the perfect products to solve their concerns.
Be a Storyteller: Share the brand story and your passion for skincare, answering any and all questions to build trust and excitement.
Drive Sales: Encourage customers to experience the magic of Majestic Cosme and help us hit our sales goals (and earn great rewards!).
Who We're Looking For (The Perfect Fit):
A "People Person": You are naturally outgoing, talkative, and love striking up a conversation with anyone.
A Skincare Lover: You have a genuine passion for beauty and skincare.
An Expert (or Eager to Learn):
HIGH PRIORITY: We strongly encourage applicants with a degree or background in Pharmacy (Apoteker, Sarjana Farmasi, etc.). Your technical knowledge is exactly what we need!
Don't have a pharmacy background? If you have strong retail/sales experience (especially in beauty) and a great personality, we still want to hear from you!
A Great Communicator: You can explain things clearly and persuasively.
Driven & Professional: You're reliable, presentable, and motivated to succeed.
Flexible: You are able to work the required part-time schedule.
The Schedule & Perks (What You Get):
This is a part-time position with a dynamic schedule:
Weekdays: Work afternoon shifts until closing (approx. 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM). Perfect for managing other morning commitments!
Weekends (Sat & Sun): Work full-day shifts during busy mall hours.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Earn up to IDR 10,000,000 per month (based on your experience, schedule, and performance).
