As an E-commerce Manager at Mirai Group Japan, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our E-commerce strategy and maximizing our online presence. Your role will involve:
。Developing and executing E-commerce strategies to drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
。Managing and optimizing our E-commerce platforms, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online shopping experience.
。Monitoring and analyzing E-commerce performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
。Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
。Managing inventory levels, product catalog management, and pricing strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
