About the Role
As an E-commerce Manager at Mirai Group Japan, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our E-commerce strategy and maximizing our online presence. Your role will involve:
。Developing and executing E-commerce strategies to drive sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
。Managing and optimizing our E-commerce platforms, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online shopping experience.
。Monitoring and analyzing E-commerce performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, and identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
。Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
。Managing inventory levels, product catalog management, and pricing strategies.
。Implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and cross-selling opportunities.
。Optimizing the online sales funnel, improving conversion rates, and reducing cart abandonment.
。Overseeing the order fulfillment process, including shipping, tracking, and customer support.
。Staying up-to-date with the latest E-commerce trends, technologies, and industry advancements.
。Managing relationships with external vendors, partners, and service providers.
。Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to E-commerce operations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of E-commerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and techniques.
Proficiency in web analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimizations.
Experience in managing and optimizing online sales funnels and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and fulfillment processes.
Knowledge of customer experience optimization and user-centered design principles is a plus.
