About Us: Mirai Group Japan is a leading Japanese trading company specializing in importing and exporting high-quality products worldwide. We are now expanding into the Indonesian market, aiming to bring a wide range of Japanese products to Indonesian consumers. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to lead our operations in Jakarta.

Position Summary: The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations in Indonesia, including setting up local offices, managing staff, and ensuring the successful expansion of Mirai Group Japan's business. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the local market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the local office in Jakarta.

• Oversee all aspects of the business operations in Indonesia.

• Develop and implement strategies for market entry and expansion.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Recruit, train, and manage local staff.

• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, suppliers, and government agencies.

• Adapt company policies and procedures to fit local conditions.

• Report to the head office on progress, challenges, and market insights.

• Drive marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a multinational company.

• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market and business environment.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Japanese language skills are a plus.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• High level of cultural sensitivity and awareness.
