Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Creative with a strong background in design, social media advertising, and SEO. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be based in Jakarta City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of creating engaging content and effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media and web.

• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative strategies to promote our brand and products.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising, design, and SEO.

• Create and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our audience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media advertising, graphic design, and SEO.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in digital marketing and design.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective advertising tools.

• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.

• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
