About the Role
As a Graphic Designer at Mirai Group Japan, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and contribute to our visual identity. Working closely with our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message to our target audience. Your role will involve:
Designing and producing various marketing materials, including digital and print assets, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and product packaging.
Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaigns and promotional materials.
Creating engaging visuals for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
Developing and maintaining our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our designs remain fresh and appealing.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver projects within specified timelines.
Incorporating feedback and revisions into designs to meet stakeholder expectations.
Maintaining organized design files and assets for easy accessibility.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
Experience in both print and digital design is preferred.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
