Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator to join our team in Jakarta. This unique role involves working closely with our CEO, accompanying him on various engagements to capture high-quality videos and photos for content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing compelling content for our Instagram and TikTok channels, helping to grow our social media audience and increase brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompany the CEO during day-to-day activities and events, both domestically and internationally, to capture content.

• Plan, film, and edit videos and photos for Instagram and TikTok.

• Develop creative content ideas that align with the company's brand and messaging.

• Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.

• Engage with followers and respond to comments to foster a community.

• Track performance metrics and optimize content to achieve growth targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaigns and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong video filming and editing skills.

• Demonstrated ability to grow and engage a large social media audience.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Flexibility to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.

Compensation:

• Monthly salary of IDR 4,000,000.

• Performance-based bonus for every 5,000 followers gained.
