Overview:
Mirai Group Japan is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, will focus on expanding our global reach for the innovative beauty product, Majestic Skin. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional sales copywriting skills, a proven track record in sales, and fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Outreach: Proactively identify and contact potential clients (beauty clinics) internationally through targeted email campaigns and other communication channels.
Sales Pitch Development: Craft compelling and persuasive sales pitch emails that highlight the unique benefits of Majestic Skin and generate client interest.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into successful sales.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and optimize product positioning.
Requirements:
Excellent English Communication Skills: Both written and verbal proficiency is essential for effective client interaction and sales copywriting.
Proven Sales Experience: A demonstrable track record of success in sales, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
Exceptional Sales Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft engaging and persuasive sales pitches that drive action.
Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Self-Motivation and Drive: A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic international business environment.
Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other relevant technologies.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: 5,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah per month
Bonus: 10% commission on every sale made (average bonus potential between 10,000,000 - 25,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah)
