Pre-export application fees: 650,000 yen (tax included)

These are the local regulatory application and import costs prior to export.
This includes transportation costs up to 100 kg to make the product sellable, storage costs, official export customs clearance, and incidental customs clearance service fees.
(Customers will be responsible for customs duties and shipping costs to our designated domestic location.)
[Overseas sales and marketing costs after export]
Logistics, warehouse storage, inventory management, shipping, overseas sales agency (list creation, proposal document creation, business negotiations, contract procedures, post-contract follow-up, etc.),
It covers listing, operation, delivery and digital marketing costs on various e-commerce platforms.

Once signed, how soon can I enter the market?After the contract is signed, products other than cosmetics and food products will begin pre-ordering online approximately one month after registration is complete. Since obtaining a local distributor requires continuous negotiation, it is generally possible to enter the market in about three to six months. Although it depends on the type of product and the frequency of negotiations with buyers, we will endeavor to bring the product to the market as quickly as possible.

How will local sales be carried out?Our local staff will create a sales strategy that is tailored to the characteristics of your products and carry out effective sales activities. In addition, our online marketing team will utilize digital marketing to approach a wide range of customers. With a sales activity budget of 150,000 yen per month, we can achieve sales activities with overwhelmingly higher performance than if you were to employ one person in your company.

Do you support expansion to countries other than Indonesia?Yes, we also support expansion to Islamic countries other than Indonesia and the Middle East region. However, currently, Indonesia is the only country that offers a supply chain that covers everything from trade to sales and delivery. Where does the fee come from?The first consultation is free. After hearing about your company's situation, the characteristics of your product, its strengths, weaknesses, and issues, we will conduct a simple investigation of the latest information on the product and make a proposal again, but there will be no charge for this. After signing the contract, we will conduct market research and provide consulting to help you select export products from among your products, but a fee will be charged for this consulting work.

Should I change it for Indonesia?We will provide suggestions on whatever packaging you require, such as packaging tailored to local needs. *In the initial stage, we are promoting only labeling rather than changing the packaging, because the Japanese packaging makes it easier to understand that it is a Japanese product. The Indonesian labeling support is included in the initial cost, so we will handle it.

Is shipping included in the package price?For the first order only, up to 100 kg is included in the package. For subsequent exports or additional orders, we will handle the procedures and support, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Does it include the cost of Halal certification? Can you do it for me?Halal certification costs are not included. As of 2024, you can apply for and sell non-halal products without halal certification, so you can export without certification as test marketing. If you would like halal certification for branding purposes, we can introduce you to a certification agency.

How often do you carry out sales and advertising activities?We will report the status of sales activities to you once a month. For a monthly fee of 150,000 yen, we guarantee more fulfilling sales activities and cost performance than if you were to hire a Japanese sales employee.
